The 3 bedrooms comprise one Master bedroom (upstairs on the first floor with an enormous King-size bed) & two twin bedrooms (also upstairs on the first floor) with 2 large single beds in each. The Master Bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom with a "super-size" oval bath & shower for extra relaxation, cable TV with remote control, walk in wardrobe & floor safe for your valuables.  The 2 twin bedrooms have double size wardrobes, one has a cable TV, & they share a bathroom.

Features of the house include all Linen & Towels, Hair Dryer, Electric Oven & Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer with Ice maker, built in Sink Waste Disposal Unit, Dishwasher, Coffeemaker, 4 piece Toaster, Electric Can Opener, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, Iron & Ironing Board, Vacuum Cleaner, Covered Porch, dvd/cd player & 3 cable TV's, one in the Living Room and one each in the two Master bedrooms.

Located in North Davenport just 9 miles/15 minutes drive from Walt Disney World, the Regal Palms Resort's overall design incorporates a 2 acre Water Park set in tropical landscaped surroundings with 2 large heated pools, Waterslide, Lazy River, heated Jacuzzi/Spa (which is genuinely as hot as a bath!) & Waterfalls. The pool water is warm enough (82°F) to swim in all year round! There is also an extensive sun bathing terraces to relax on under the Florida Sunshine and a Children's Play Area for the little ones!

The Clubhouse features a convenient on-site 24 hour/7 day per week Reception & Check-In desk, and includes a large Restaurant, with terrace service onto the Poolside Patio, Sports Bar with satellite TV (So no drinking and driving, then!). There is Live Music most Friday & Saturday nights, Karaoke on Thursday nights & entertainment on most days (in the season). The resort now also operates a complimentary Shuttle Bus service to Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios 7 days a week.  There is trip in the morning and one in the evening (although additional trips can be arranged). There is also a convenient concierge service providing information regarding attraction tickets, golfing, shopping and much more.

Regal Palms is a private gated community which means that access to the resort is strictly controlled using an electronic key-card entry system, and all the facilities are for the exclusive use of the guests only. The resort is NOT open to the public.

"Now, let's talk about the most fantastic part of this trip and location....THE POOL AREA...surrounded with lush palm trees, and great landscaping. There were multiple pools, a lazy river, a large hot tub/jacuzzi, a water slide, a walk in area for small children, a play area...I could go on and on! Let's just say that in the middle of the Magic Kingdom at Disney World, my children asked when we could go back to the resort and play in the pool! Within 2 minutes walk there is a large Publix Supermarket & if you decide you prefer to dine in but don't want to cook yourself, there is also a Chinese & Pizza take-out, and licensed bar. In addition, within 5 minutes there is a NEW Applebee's, a Pharmacy, Bank, Post Office, numerous Restaurants (Italian, Chinese, Thai, Indian, American "homestyle" such as Cracker Barrel), Mac Donald's, Denny's, Wendy's, Subway sandwich bar, an English style Pub (Happy Hour 4 to 7pm), Gas/Petrol Stations, a Hairdresser etc. There is also a new WAL-MART store on the N.E. corner of Hwy 192 and Hwy 27, just 2 miles/4 minutes away! You really are spoilt for choice in Orlando. Choose from quality restaurants like Kobe Japanese, Ponderosa, Shoney's, The Olive Tree, or Red Lobster or the prestigious Restaurants & Bars of Celebration. Whether its this or Pizza Hut or Taco Bell or an "all you can eat" breakfast buffet, there is plenty of choice for everyone within minutes.

Then there are the Orlando Attractions! Disney World with its 4 Theme Parks (15 minutes), Universal Studios with its 2 Theme Parks (25 minutes), Sea World, Discovery Cove, Wet 'n Wild, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Cypress Gardens, Watermania, Gator Land, Orlando Old Town, Airboat rides, & even a helicopter ride that will fly you over the whole lot. Hit the nightlife in "Medieval Times", "Arabian nights" or the fantastic "Cirque du Soleil" show in Downtown Disney. Don't forget all the superb Malls to explore for designer label bargains and all the superb restaurants down the 192 and in "Downtown Disney" & "Celebration"! Alternatively, discover the Florida wildlife by canoe or by horseback in the beautiful National Parks swim with dolphins or manatees or venture a bit further afield to Busch Gardens (35 minutes), NASA's Kennedy Space Centre (35 minutes), and the sandy beaches of Clearwater & Tampa Bay and Daytona Beach, just 40 minutes away.

For the golfers

The prestigious PGA rated Highlands Reserve Golf Course is located right next door (walking distance), which is a par 72 Championship course. Mike Dasher designed the course and it provides players with pine tree lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses, and a bit of Old Florida with the citrus trees coming into play throughout the course. In addition, the Polo Park Golf Course (which is open to the public offering green fees for just $35) located just 3 minutes drive north on Highway 27, & Greg Norman's World acclaimed Champions Gate 36 hole Golf Course is just a short drive south down the I-27, about 5 minutes away. In addition to the north of the resort is Legends at Orange Lake Resort & Country Club. There really is dozens of excellent courses in the area, just a few minutes drive away.
